What happens after I have registered with
Fast-Track Property?
We believe that the a friendly, personal touch sets us apart
from other property buyers. You will hear from one of our team
within 2 hours of completing the online form. At that stage
we will discuss your situation, find out more about your property
and the timescales we have to work with.
We will make an offer in principle over the phone, and follow
it up in writing. No pushy representatives
will call. Only when you wish to proceed with our offer
do we visit the property.
I'm in default with my mortgage payments
and I may be repossessed. Can you help?
Yes usually - if there is some equity in the property. We can
organise everything so your loan is paid off. You can even stay
in your home as tenants if you wish.
How long does it take?
We can complete within 7 working days if you wish. Or we can
delay completion if you need a little longer to arrange to
move.
Do I have to pay any fees?
No, we cover all the purchase costs including legal fees
and valuation fees.
